  • Packs are one-time prepayments. “Monthly” and “Annual” describe the pack, not a subscription — nothing renews automatically.
  • Every job shows its exact credit cost before you confirm it. Failed jobs refund automatically.
  • Credits are a studio balance only. They have no cash value, are not money, are not cryptocurrency or tokens of any kind, and cannot be traded, transferred or cashed out.

Do packs auto-renew?

Can I get a free image?

Do credits expire?

Pack credits sit in your account until you spend them; check-in credits are for the day they are earned.
